Hair Coloring Tutorial

I know the instructions are a bit cluttered at the top, but it's pretty simple work.

I've had quite a few people asking me how I color hair, so here it is. My first serious tutorial! gasp.

Sooner or later an eye tutorial will pop up, then maybe a chibi one *shrugs*

It takes PRACTICE! Don't limit yourself to this tutorial. I had to painstakingly go through tons of crappy pictures to develop this style. Try your own ideas!
